Orpheus is a purple bred Knabstrupper stallion originating from the Guld mare line being out of
Majestic Donna Anna (approved KNN premium mare with a 9). He is by Sartor Amadeus (imported
lifetime approved Knabstrupper stallion). He is a very purebred (7/8) specimen with the highest
Knabstrupper percentage in South Africa with very strong colour genetics. He is an easy to keep,
very correct proportioned horse with great hooves and limbs. His movement is balanced and easy to
ride. He is affectionate and his work ethic is spot on resembling the typical Knabstrupper
temperament. He has received his 2025 KNN premium stallion licensing with an overall 8. He has magnificent breeding that backs him in terms of colour, athleticism and temperament. He is out of a premium champion knabstrupper mare, Majestic Donna Anna by the well-known Danish knabstrupper stallion, Sartor Amadeus. He is very correct, kind with lots of presence.
