Description

Aurora is an exceptional specimen of top international blood. She is tall and correct
of late maturing type. She is very easy going with big movement. Her blood is a
combination of some up to date Olympian blood from Glamourdale, Sir Donnerhall
and Royal Z. Her Knabstrupper breeding is from several very relevant lines, Figaro
af Hallundbaek and Sartor Amadeus and a direct granddaughter of the direct GULD
dam line. She is a true black with spotted blanket.
Glamourdale continues to captivate dressage breeders and riders alike! He won Individual
and Team Bronze at the 2024 Paris Olympics but that was hardly his first time in the
spotlight. He was previously named Champion of his KWPN keuring, placed second at his
Stallion Performance Test, and commandingly won the FEI World Championships for Young
Horses. Seemingly unstoppable since their commanding win of the Team Silver and
Individual Gold Medal in the Special and the Freestyle at 2022 FEI World Championships,
Glamourdale and Lottie have continued to bring home top ribbons and impressive scores as
high as 92%.
Glamourdale’s sire, Lord Leatherdale, was Reserve Champion of his Stallion Performance
Test and a successful FEI competitor; as well as a sire of Olympic medalist Everdale. His
dam is half-sister to the approved stallion Numberto and has been an exceptional producer.
Damsire Negro is proven choice for producing Grand Prix horses, including the Olympic
Gold Medalist, World Cup Winner, and World Equestrian Games Gold Medalist, Valegro.
Glamourdale offspring have been selected for the World Breeding Championships for Young
Horses, US National Young Horse Championships, PAVO Cup Finals, and many are now at

the FEI levels. In the US, his offspring are winning USDF Breeders Series, Regional and
National Championships, and earning top Horse of the Year rankings. Glamourdale has an
impressive 37 approved sons and 45 elite mares to his credit. With power and scope to the

dressage breeders are seeking.
Sir Donnerhall I has earned his place in the Hall of Fame of the world’s best dressage sires
with almost 100 offspring successful in Grand Prix: the Olympic participants Sir Caramello
OLD/Anush Agarwalla/IND and Samhitas/Kelly Layne/AUS, the World Championship
participants Valentine/Ashley Holzer/USA and Willingapark Sky Diamond/Jayden
Brown/AUS and the European Championship participants Santiago Song/Thibault
Vandenberghe/BEL, Sangraal/Stella Hagelstam/FIN and Sirano de Luxe/Mado Pinto/FRA as
well as Serenade MF/Alice Tarjan/USA, Valentine/Ashley Holzer/USA and Syriana/Jessica
Dertell/AUS, who were successful in World Cup freestyles, and Siebenstein/Mirelle van
Kemenade-Witlox/NED, who was placed in the Nations Cup. Sir Hohenstein/Bianca Nowag-
Aulenbrock won team gold and freestyle silver at the European Championships for U25
Grand Prix riders in Marignano/ITA.
Again and again, Sir Donnerhall I set unique records with his inheritance. In addition to
Special Diva OLD (2014) and Smirnoff (2016), his full siblings Cindy OLD (2013), Sir
Heinrich (2014), Candy OLD (2017), Caty OLD (2018) and Casey OLD (2020) from
Wendel’s successful breeding won gold at the German Championships. Candy OLD and
Casey OLD were also Oldenburg Champion Mares and thus lead the group of over 400
award-winning daughters of Sir Donnerhall I. Candy OLD also won bronze as the best mare
at the World Championships for young dressage horses (5y.o.). Sa Coeur advanced to the
double world champion for young dressage horses, became the top horse in our P.S.I. auction
with a hammer price of 2.31 million euros and has international Grand Prix placings to his
name. He is just one of many auction price record holders from Sir Donnerhall I.
More than 120 licensed sons, including numerous winners and premium stallions as well as
Sir Olli OLD/Enrique Cruces Fernandez/ESP, third at the World Championships for young
dressage horses and Grand Prix success, are on the books.
Many Sir Donnerhall I daughters became stallion dams, as evidenced by our licensing
winners Dynamic Dream and Viva Romance PS, the reserve winner So Perfect, the Burg Cup
fifth and Inter II winner Golden Romance Malleret PS, the Grand Prix successful Dante
U.S./Diederik van Silfhout/NED as well as the Olympic fifth Glock’s Total U.S./Edward
Gal/NED and the 1.7 million Euro price sensation of the P.S.I. auction, the Oldenburg State
Champion, eleventh in the German Championships for young dressage horses and Force
Majeure ex. Fürst Bayram/Frederic Wandres and Yara Reichert. The Oldenburg Champion
Mare, German Champion and P.S.I. price record holder Fasine OLD and her licensed full
brothers For Romance I and II also have a Sir Donnerhall I dam. At the 2019 German Foal
Championships, Sir Donnerhall I once again produced a top foal with the second-placed
filly. Sammy de Luxe won the AWÖ Foal Championships in 2021.
Sir Donnerhall I himself was second Oldenburg Reserve Champion in 2003, stallion
performance test winner and Ia main premium stallion in 2005 and German Champion and
Vice World Champion for young dressage horses (5y) in 2006. He is supported up to the
advanced class. Due to the high breeding demands, he was no longer used in competitions.

From 2021 to 2023, he was among the top ten in the WBFSH ranking of the world’s best
dressage sires.
His sire Sandro Hit, himself World Champion and German Champion of young dressage
horses, made a name for himself early on as a stamp stallion in dressage horse breeding.
The dam St.Pr.St. Contenance D also produced the licensed full brother, the World Cup
seventh and Olympic, World Championship and European Championship participant Sir
Donnerhall II/Morgan Barbarçon Mestre/ESP, the AES-licensed Rubberball (by Rubinstein)
and the strategist/Cora Jacobs, who was also successful in Grand Prix.
The dam’s sire is the sire of the century, Donnerhall.
Royal Z, bred by the well known stud, Zangersheide, epitomizes the successful formula of
breeding Ramiro Z to Alme Z mares. As a three year old he was third out of seventeen
stallions in the Danish Warmblood 100 day test. Returning to Herning, site of the Danish
National Stallion Show, as a five year old Royal Z II won the young horse championship. In
1995, he was named an elite Dansk Varmblod Stallion based on his own performance record
as well as the records of his offspring. A grand prix jumper in his own right, Royal Z II has
sired both top performing dressage horses and showjumpers globally. He has produced
licensed stallions in other countries including, Radiant Skovgaard, a world cup winner. While
he has sired many main and head studbook mares, he is best known for siring competition
horses. These include Radiant, Resanto, Welten Z Enemaerke, particularly Castana
Enemaerke, who is ranked number one worldwide in the top ten list of competition horses.
Castana won the bronze medal for Dansk Varmblod at the World Breeding Championship. At
the Danish Warmblood Show, the Vilhelmesborg International 2000, six offspring of
ROYAL Z II participated competing against offspring of other top internationally known
stallions. No other stallion had so many offspring selected for this invitational show. All six
were placed by the judges and the panel gave three awards. One of the judges, the former
head of the Swedish National Stud, Flyinge, declared it to be a remarkable feat given the
number of Royal Z II offspring that have been exported. The offspring of Royal Z II are
much desired by top competition riders globally. Royal Z's sire, the licensed Holsteiner
Stallion, Ramiro Z, is the top ranked sire of jumping horses in the World Breeding Federation
for Sport Horses Index. Under Fritz Ligges, Ramiro Z won many Grand Prix classes. He has
produced 50 licensed stallions among whom include Robin Z II, the Swedish Stallion Robin
Z I and Ramses. Royal Z's damsire, Alme Z, a licensed Selle Francais stallion, was an
international winner in numerous Grand Prix jumping classes. He is sire of the world
Champion, Galoubet and the World Cup winner I Love You, as well as the Zangersheide
Stallion, Jalisco B. Royal Z's dam, Aleska Z has produced several licensed sons, including
Cordalme Z and Royal Z I.

Grading description:
Suitable size stallion of extremely good type. Beautiful head on a well set neck. Sloping
shoulder. Slightly short withers. Good overline. Well formed croup. Legs correct
confirmation. Paces extremely good in trot and canter.

Material description: A good and strong stallion with an extremely good temper and an
extremely good character. The stallion works good and rhythmic in all paces. Shows brave,
secure and correct jumping with great capacity both on course and cross country. Ordinary
showing abilities extremely good. The Material Test was made in 1988 at the military
compound in Næstved.
Foal description: Medium sized foals, slightly not uniform in type. Beautiful head. Well set
neck. The majority with a short shoulder and unmarked withers. Good overline. Legs correct
confirmation. Paces good. Should be used on noble mares with good foundation and well
marked back. Basis : 45 foals.
